-Ron Clapper - CEO, President
With an extraordinary business sense and a passion for music, Ron Clapper
created Midas Records as a dedicated platform for artists to develop their
careers in the entertainment arena. Seeing the industry focus more on commodity
than on career development, and a growing trend for record labels to out source

solid foundation for its select artists to grow in a focused long-term environment,
and establishing a firm marketing base with diverse opportunities, Midas Records
is developing strategies that go beyond the passing fads, trends and revolving
doors of the traditional entertainment industries.
Mr. Clapper began his career with a degree in electrical engineering, in the arcade video gaming field. After developing several proprietary and revolutionizing games, He became responsible for placing the first slot machines on Indian reservations in CA. These machines ultimately led to the first legal decisions on machine classifications in US history. His companies have since gone on to own 9 different patents and several trademarks, have completed over 14 acquisitions and have revolutionized the field.
Founder, owner and majority holder of several companies, Mr. Clapper is a successful entrepreneur with creativity and vision for the market place. By far his most creative venture, Midas Records will become the benchmark label revolutionizing the industry, and creating futures for its artists.

-Jen Onsum - Online Fan Promotions & Web Design
Over six years ago as a hobby Jen Onsum, developed a fan site for Country
sensation, Lila McCann. Little did she know that hobby would lead her to an
exciting career that involves the one thing she loves the most - music. After
high school, Jen created her own web design company, Awesome Relations. With
Awesome Relations, Jen has worked with Joe Diffie, Vine, Mila Mason, Monica
Stiles, Red Saturday, Alexus Winston and Luck Media. While spending time expanding
her company and knowledge of web design, Jen participated in a number of online
street teams as a fan of the particular artists. She soon realized that street
teams lack two elements that are crucial to running successful teams: 1) The
personal touch and 2) a sense of what fans really want and what they like.
With experience already coordinating online promotions for Lila McCann fans,
Jen decided to start her own online street team company, Star Squads. Jen
considers herself "out in the field", spending time where fans hangout
on the internet to keep up on what they are saying, doing, liking and disliking
about music.
Since the creation of Star Squads, Jen has worked on street teams for Vine, Lorrie Morgan, Rockapella, The New Adventures of Pinocchio, Joe Diffie and Craig Morgan. Star Squads had a hand in getting Craig Morgan his first top-ten single with "Almost Home", bringing Joe Diffie to the top-ten once again with "In Another World", and bringing Lila McCann's "Come A Little Closer" to the number one spot on CMT's Most Wanted Live, making Lila the first artist to knock Faith Hill out of the spot.
